New Patient Scheduling Policy:

We understand that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because these timeslots are reserved specifically for you, we ask for advanced notice if you're unable to make your appointment. This allows other patients to schedule to get help with their pain.
Cancel for FREE up to 24 hours prior to your appointment.
If less than 24 hours notice is given, you will be charged $50.
If less than 12 hours notice is given or you fail to come to your appointment, you will be charged for the full appointment ($185).
